Charles Felix Jones, a 20-year-old Montana man, has been charged with planning to murder a Missoula-based abortion provider and confessed to shooting the front door of another Montana clinic in 2023. Jones also planned to bomb a Whitefish clinic and kill the CEO of Planned Parenthood, but changed his mind at the last minute during an attempted attack on the Missoula provider's home.
