Montana Attorney General joined 17 other states in filing an amicus brief supporting South Dakota's law restricting the advertising and distribution of abortion pills, challenging a federal court's preliminary injunction against the law. The brief urges the Eighth Circuit to reverse the injunction, defending states' rights to regulate abortion and protect unborn babies and women's health.
